Who we are

Hello! My name is Alyssa Huber, a registered dietitian looking to educate you on diet and nutrition! I have a wide range of experience from foodservice, acute care, long term care, and weight management. I enjoy all nutrition topics related at all stages of life, from conception to geriatrics.

My journey began in Arkadelphia, Arkansas. I attended Henderson State University to complete a bachelor’s degree in food and nutrition. Later, I attended Ouachita Baptist University to complete my internship and a master’s degree in nutrition.

I operate out of Barling, Arkansas just outside of Fort Smith. I can see patients both in person or telehealth. I accept insurance and have cash prices.
